Tai-Chi - Chi-Kung Presentation
This is a very fun and great way to feel the healing energy with movement. Wear comfortable clothes and join in. The benefits of practicing Tai-Chi are enormous. It helps the central nervous system, actives blood circulation, prevents arteriosclerlerosis, improves digestion and activates the metabolism. Overall, it is an excellent exercise that can be practiced by people of all ages.

Women’s Self Defense
November 7th 10am- 1pm at Rejuva Center
Grasping from both Wu-Shu and Choy-Li-Fut (Kung Fu), women’s self defense was specially designed for unexpected situations that women might fall prey to, such as domestic violence and rape. This program differs from other programs in that it doesn’t just offer quick escape tactics, but also teaches survival in the event that traditional methods fail or further aggravate the attacker. Participants in the group will feel empowered and more confident in the event of confrontation.
It is great to experience this in twos. So bring your best friend and learn together how to be safer and smarter. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and sneakers (light weight is best) and bring a light snack and water.

Vibrational Sound Healing

Bring blanket, water and an open mind.
Deep healing meditation. The cells of a person's body sense the vibration of the bowls, which stimulates them to vibrate at their optimal rate. The energy blocks in the body occur at places of trauma or stress. The singing bowl's vibrations pull the tangled blocks down and out of the body.
During the singing bowl sessions it is not unusual for people to experience whirling sensations in various places on their body. These areas will be found to correspond to the energy centers of the suble body. When sessions are giving on a regular basis a stair-step effect is realized: each session brings one to a higher level- you can recapture your radiant self. Sound Healing can unblock pathways to allow the body to heal and strengthen on its own. The healing session can also help with relief from stress-related conditions, strengthen willpower: overcome addictions and captures joy in life.

Vibrational Sound Healing Sessions:
Group Sessions: Each group session begins by introducing vibrational medicine, what to expect and how to get the most through your intention. Participants sit in chairs or lie down on mats and experience vibrational sounds of all the seven chakra bowls sequentially. The session concludes with the sharing of personal experiences and their interpretations. The charge per person for a group session is $20.00. Private groups with a minimum of 5 people can be arranged at your convenience.
Private Sessions: You will receive the most benefits from private sessions and we recommend a minimum of three consecutive sessions over a period of one month. The charge for each session is $70.00 or $180 for a package of three.

For those of you who have not had a session this is a great time to receive the beautiful light energy that is out there for you.
Reiki is much more than just emotional and physical healing. Reiki is a Spiritual discipline (not a religion) that can bring greater peace, harmony and unconditional love to our life.
So if you’ve never experienced Reiki Healing Energy, this is your opportunity to find out and receive it. And, if you’re a transformed Reiki Practitioner take this opportunity to make a difference, take your Reiki experience into the world and share it with others. Come, connect and share with others your spiritual insights, and transformational experiences.
You don’t have to stay the entire time. Come in and out from 5pm to 8pm. As you enter the spa walk in quietly to the middle area please- someone may already be in a session. We try to keep the healing energy flowing freely. There will be a few Reiki practitioners working with one person.
Please sign in and we will take the person next on the sheet. You can sit quietly in the chairs around the room.
The session will last about 15 to 30 minutes depending on how many people are giving energy.
There will be a basket of a Love Donation.
We will have water and snacks. You can bring a light snack to share if you would like.
